Rosemary Ward (our mother) was a loving, kind, giving and adventurous Christian woman who was full of life until Alzheimer's stole her identity. She loved and nourished her rose garden, could cook a meal for our large family seamlessly and always had time for her grandchildren. She loved the outdoors and animals with a passion, gave to the hungry and taught Bible study to the prisoners and took in the homeless.

Once mom became afflicted with Alzheimer’s and the disease took her over, our family and community lost the capabilities and assets of a truly remarkable woman.

It is our wish that your donations can help other families who find themselves going through this awful experience in their time of need and hopefully find a cure for this disease one day. This has truly been a long goodbye.
