Hi everyone! My name is Jillilan Leon, and I am a student at Sage Creek High School, currently working on a Passion Project called Making Memories to raise support for Alzheimer's San Diego, an amazing organization that provides services, programs, and care for families and those affected by Alzheimer's disease. As a part of this effort, I am creating a donation page along with making care packages for those living with Alzheimer's with my own funds and other donations.
